Course Highlights: Introduction to Mindfulness, Practical Techniques: Mind-Body Connection: A stormy mind is prone to worry, pessimism, and self-doubt. During challenging and hectic times, you may experience difficulty focusing, following conversations, or staying aware of your surroundings. Additionally, you are prone to mental exhaustion, making it difficult to appreciate life and have meaningful interactions with others. These problems worsen when you continuously overthink about the past or future. However, with mindfulness techniques integrated into your daily routine and meditation practice, cognitive flexibility and adaptability can be cultivated. Combined with tools for self-awareness and emotional management, you can quiet the storm within, reclaiming control of your mind.
